Versatile potato flatbread flakes
Mummon’s Potato Flatbread Flakes are cooked Finnish potatoes in flake form. You can use potato flakes in cooking in the same way as flour, but gluten-free. You can also conveniently bake flatbreads, pies, pizza bases and wraps from them.
