Mummon Mash is versatile and an easy way to prepare delicious potato dishes. Mashed potato powder is also suitable for baking. Mummon Mash is a handy aid even for the busy cook. A tasty and homely mashed potato is ready in two minutes.

1 serving quickly with a kettle
Mix on a plate 0,5 dl of mashed potato powder with 2 dl of hot water and let it settle for a moment. Add fat to taste and enjoy. Makes approx. 200 g of mash.

3 servings easily in a saucepan
Mix a packet (105 g) of mashed potato powder into boiling water (5,5 dl of water or 3 dl of milk and 3 dl of water). Let it settle for a moment. Add fat to taste and enjoy.

Finnish potato (>92 %), salt (3,9 %) (salt, iodine), rapeseed oil (partially hydrogenated), emulsifier (E471), maltodextrin, stabilizing agent (E450), yeast extract, antioxidant (E300), acidity regulators (E331, E330), natural onion flavour.
