A new member of Mummon Meal Family, Mummon Potato hash 500 g!

Mummon Finnish potato hash is a delicious mix of Mummon crispy potato cubes, Finnish sausage cubes, and onions. Food that is quick to prepare on a busy weekday or when spending time with friends.

Cooking on a frying pan: Pour half of the hash on a hot pan. Stir and lower the temperature of the hotplate to medium heat. Cook for about 12-14 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cooking in the oven: Preheat the oven to 225°C (convection oven to 200°C). Spread the frozen potato hash on a baking sheet and bake for 20-24 minutes. Stir a few times during baking. Season to your taste and serve immediately.

Cooking with air fryer: Pour the contents of the bag into the fryer basket. Air fry at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. Stir a few times during baking.

Finnish potato 75% (rapeseed oil, salt), sausage cube 20% (meat 48% (broiler, grain-fed pork), water, mechanically separated poultry meat (Finland), potato starch, iodised salt, acidity regulator potassium chloride, stabiliser (E450), poultry fat, antioxidant (E301), preservative sodium nitrite), onion.

Meat content of the finished meal is 10%. Salt 0.6%.
