Preparation in the oven: Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. Spread the frozen potato wedges on a baking tray lined with baking paper into an even layer. Bake for about 20 minutes or until they are nicely browned. Turn the potatoes occasionally during cooking. Season and serve immediately.
Deep fryer preparation: Fry the potato wedges at 175 degrees in two batches for about 2-3 minutes.
Air fryer preparation: Pour the contents of the bag into the cooking basket. Cook at 200 degrees for about 12-15 minutes. Stir a few times during cooking.
