Preparation in the microwave: Add the liquid, salt, butter and Puikula mash ingredient to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat according to the table found on the packaging. Stir occasionally during heating.

Preparation in a saucepan: Bring the liquid, salt and butter to a boil in a saucepan. Add the Puikula mash ingredient and bring to a boil while stirring occasionally. Let simmer under the lid for a few minutes before serving.
