Almond tart

Ingredients

1 dl Mummon mash -potato mash powder
200 g margarine
2 dl sugar
2 eggs
1 dl breadcrumbs
2 1/2 dl ground almonds
1 dl wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1-2 drops bitter almond oil

For decoration
Jam or whipped cream

Preparation

Whip the margarine and sugar. Add the eggs one at a time while beating.

Mix together the instant mashed potato powder, ground almond, flour and baking powder. Add the mixture to the batter and flavor with bitter almond oil.

Pour the batter into a greased pan (radius about 22 cm). Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

Decorate the cooled pie with jam or whipped cream.
