(noin 28 cm piirakkavuoka)
1 bag Mummon Muusi powder, set aside 2 tbsp for the crumble mixture
2 dl gluten-free flour
150 g butter
1½ dl sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Piirakan päälle:
1 apple in small cubes
1 bag (200 g) Mummon’s organic lingonberries
¾ dl sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp potato starch
Muruseos piirakan päälle:
about 20 g butter
2 tbsp mashed potato powder
2 tbsp gluten-free flour
2 tbsp sugar
Whisk the butter and sugar until fluffy. Combine the dry ingredients.
Add the eggs and finally the combined dry ingredients.
Mix until smooth.
Spread the dough into the greased pie dish with floured hands.
Mix the filling ingredients and pour over the pie base.
Pinch the crumble ingredients into crumbs and sprinkle over the filling.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 min.
