Curried potatoes

Ingredients

2 pkgs Mummon Real Ready Boiled Potatoes
1 Onion
2 tsp Curry
2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
2 tsp Salt
Fresh parsley
2 dl Cooking cream (if necessary)

Preparation

Chop the onion into small cubes. Heat the wok/muurikka and add the rapeseed oil.

Add the curry and the chopped onion and sauté lightly (by adding the curry to the oil at this stage you will get all the flavor out of the curry).

Add the boiling potatoes and brown. Reduce the heat and season with salt and fresh chopped parsley.

If you want a sauce at the same time add 2 dl of cooking cream to the potatoes at the end.

Serve e.g. with grilled chicken skewers.
