Mummon Chicken Skillet

Ingredients:

(4 servings)

1 pkg Mummon pan potatoes 500g
400 g chicken strips
oil
a bunch of asparagus cut into pieces
yellow bell pepper in strips
salt, curry or paprika powder to taste

Preparation:

 

Brown the chicken strips in oil, pour Mummon pan potatoes into the pan and fry over low heat for about 5 minutes.
Add the sliced peppers and asparagus spears. Continue frying for about 5 minutes.
Season with salt and spices. Serve immediately.
