130 g sugar
80 g cream (may be sour)
70 g melted butter
80 g / 1 pouch Mielihyvä potato flakes
50 g gluten-free flour or regular wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
You can also add fruit pieces, chocolate, etc. to the batter.
Mix the sugar, cream and melted butter together. Pour in the combined dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
Form small balls from the dough and pat them onto the parchment paper on the baking sheet using flour.
Bake at 175 degrees for about 10 min, until light brown.
When baking, the cakes spread on the sheet, so it’s good to leave plenty of space between the cakes. Let the baked cakes cool on the sheet and store them in a closed tin container.
