Light cookies
50 g Mummon delight potato flakes
about 2 dl wheat – or gluten-free flours100 g butter

1 tsp vanilla sugar
Chocolate cookies
100 g butter
1 dl sugar
1 egg
50 g Mummon delight potato flakes
about 1½ dl wheat – or gluten-free flours
½ dl cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Icing
about 2 dl powdered sugar
about 2 tbsp water
a drop of food coloring
Beat the soft butter and sugar into a foam. Add the egg and dry ingredients mixed together. Mix until smooth. The dough can be allowed to rest in the cold for a while. Divide the dough into two parts and roll thin and cut out small cookies e.g. with a chick- or bunny- cutter. Bake on baking paper on a tray at 180 degrees for about 10. Let cool on the tray.
Decorate with sugar-water icing.
