(3-4 servings)
1 bag Mummon mashed potato powder
about 300 g frozen fish cubes (pollock or salmon)
1/2 tsp salt
chopped dill to taste
200 g plain cream cheese
1 dl cooking cream
100 g grated cheese
Let the fish cubes thaw for a moment and prepare the mashed potatoes according to the package instructions.
Season the slightly thawed fish pieces lightly with salt and chopped dill.
Pour the mashed potatoes into a greased oven dish.
Spread the fish cubes on top of the mashed potatoes.
Pour over the mashed potatoes the cream cheese, cooking cream and grated cheese mixed together. You can sprinkle a little more grated cheese on top.
Bake at 200 degrees for about 30 min.
