Mummon mash

Ingredients

5 ½ dl water or 3 dl water and 3 dl milk
1 packet Mummon mashed potato powder
A dash of cream
Margarine

Bring the water in the pot to a boil.

Remove the pot from the stove and stir Mummon mashed potato powder into the water.

Add a splash of cream and a knob of margarine.

Let the mash settle under the lid for a moment and then stir the mashed potato until smooth.

Serve with warm side dishes.
