(3 small loaves)
70 g ( 1 bag) Mummon Delight potato flakes
5 dl water
1 dl syrup
2 tsp salt
1 tsp anise
2 1/2 dl rye flour
1 bag dry yeast
approx. 6 dl wheat flour
1 dl butter or oil
approx. 1 dl flour for baking
Mix into warm (+42 degrees) water the syrup, salt, ground anise, potato flakes and rye flour, into which the dry yeast has been mixed.
Add wheat flour and knead the dough.
Add butter/oil in the final stage.
Let the dough rise in a warm place.
Form from the dough 2-3 round or elongated loaves and let rise well covered.
Brush with water and decorate with anise if desired.
Prick the loaves and bake in a multifunction oven at 160 degrees for about 25 minutes or in a conventional
oven at 180 degrees approx. 25-30 minutes.
