Mummon Potato Waffles

Ingredients:

(8 servings)

100 g (approx. 2 dl) Mummon Mielihyvä potato flakes
2 eggs
7 dl milk
100 g butter, melted
1 dl wheat flour or gluten-free flour
1/2 tsp salt

oil or butter for frying

Preparation:

Mix milk and eggs. Add to the milk-and-egg mixture the dry ingredients mixed together.
Finally add the melted butter.
Mix all the ingredients together and let absorb for a moment.
Stir again until smooth and cook about 8 waffles from the batter in a waffle iron.
The batter is fairly thick.

Serve the waffles with a savory or sweet filling. (in the picture sautéed reindeer and sour cream spread)
