Mummon salmon soup

Ingredients

1 pack Mummon Genuine Ready-to-boil Potatoes
1 pc Onion
400g Salmon
5 dl Water
3 dl Cooking cream
1 pc Fish stock cube
30 g Butter
Salt
Fresh dill

Preparation

Chop the onion into small cubes. Remove any bones from the salmon and cut it into approx. 2 cm pieces.

Heat the pot and add the butter and chopped onion, sauté gently. Add the water and the fish stock cube. Add the boiling potatoes. Reduce the heat. Let it simmer gently for 5-8 minutes, do not boil.

Chop the dill and add it in. Add the cream and the salmon pieces. Bring to a boil, but be careful not to stir too much, so that the salmon pieces do not fall apart. Check the salt.
