1 bag Mummon’s Delight -potato flakes (70 g)
5 dl water
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 dl melted butter
1 bag dry yeast
5 dl wheat flour
For topping:
1 dl grated cheese
2 tbsp oil
Preparation:
Stir the potato flakes, sugar and salt well into hand-warm water. Add the butter and part of the flour mixed with the dry yeast. Add the remaining flour and knead the dough until smooth. The dough will be quite thick, but it will loosen somewhat as it rises. If desired, some of the flour can be added only at the baking stage. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about half an hour.
Spread the risen dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let it rise a little longer. Press e.g. halves of olives and cherry tomatoes or cloves of garlic into the surface of the risen dough.
Sprinkle grated cheese and oil on top. Bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes, until the surface turns light brown.
