Mummon traditional potato-onion casserole

Ingredients:

4-6 servings

700 g / 1 pkg Mummon potato-onion mix
approx. 300 g ham, chicken or fish strips
approx. 4 dl cooking cream / oat cooking cream
1 tsp salt
a pinch of black pepper
if desired grated cheese 150 – 170 g
oil for greasing the baking dish

 

Preparation:

Heat the oven to 200 degrees. Spread the frozen potato-onion mixture and your desired strips in layers into a greased baking dish. Mix a pinch of black pepper and salt into about 4 dl of cooking cream / oat cream. Pour the seasoned liquid into the dish, sprinkle the grated cheese and bake for about an hour in the oven, until the potatoes are soft.
