Ham pie Mummon way

Ingredients:

Potato dough:

1 dl Mummon muusi mashed potato powder
3dl wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
150 g margarine/butter
1 dl water

Ham filling:

150 g ham cubed
1 red pepper cubed
1 red onion finely chopped
1 prk/150 g sour cream
3 eggs
150 g grated cheese
½ tsp ground black pepper

 

 

Preparation:

First make the potato dough: measure the dry ingredients into a bowl and rub the fat into them until the mixture is crumbly. Add cold water and mix until smooth. Let the dough rest in a cool place while you prepare the filling.

Cube the ham and bell pepper. Chop the onion. Mix together the sour cream, the eggs and the seasonings.

Press the dough into the bottom and sides of a tart pan (diameter 28 cm) with floured hands. Sprinkle the filling ingredients onto the dough and pour the cream-and-egg mixture over.

Bake at 175 degrees for about 40 minutes.
