Ingredients

1 pkg Mummon crispy pan potatoes 500g
300 g sausage (e.g. ring sausage)
100 g bacon cubes
½ onion
Salt
Pepper
Fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation

Cut the sausage into pieces. Brown the bacon cubes and the chopped onion in a pan. Add the thawed Mummo’s crispy pan potatoes and the sausage pieces. Fry and stir lightly occasionally. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley.
