Jansson’s Fish Casserole

Ingredients:

for six people

1 pkg (700 g) Mummon potato-onion mix
500 g rainbow trout
1 tub (120 g) sour cream
4 dl heavy cream
0.5 pot dill, chopped
salt and black pepper

Preparation:

1. Put half of the Mummon Potato-onion mix into a greased ovenproof dish.
2. Cut thin slices from the rainbow trout and arrange them on top of the potato-onion mixture. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
3. Spoon sour cream over the fish slices and sprinkle chopped dill.
4. Add the remaining potato-onion mixture and add a little salt and black pepper over the mixture.
5. Add the cream and bake in a 200-degree oven for approx. 45-60 minutes.
