Louisiana Voodoo Fries

Ingredients:

For 2-3 people

450 g Mummon crinkle-cut French fries

Seasoning mix:
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp paprika powder or smoked paprika powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt

2 dl cheese sauce
1 yellow bell pepper or bell peppers of different colors, diced, approx. 2 dl
1 spring onion
fresh herbs such as basil and flat-leaf parsley

Preparation:

1. Cook Mummon crinkle-cut French fries according to the package instructions.
2. While waiting, prepare the seasoning mix by mixing the ingredients together in a bowl.
3. Dice the peppers, slice the spring onion and finely chop the herbs.
4. Pour the hot French fries over the seasoning mixture and mix so that each fry is coated with seasoning.
5. Portion the fries onto plates. Spoon cheese sauce on top, sprinkle diced peppers and finish with spring onion and fresh herbs.
