300 g ground beef
1 onion
½ dl Mummon genuine Mielihyvä potato flakes
1 dl water
1-2 garlic cloves
1 tsp pizza seasoning
1 tsp herb salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Tomato sauce
1 dl tomato paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 dl water
Oil or margarine for greasing the dish
Finely chop the onion and mix it and the other ingredients into the minced meat.
Roll small meatballs from the minced meat mixture and place them in a greased baking dish. Bake at 225 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix the ingredients for the tomato sauce together and pour the sauce over the meatballs in the dish. Continue cooking for about another 15 minutes, until the surface of the meatballs is lightly browned.
Serve with Mummon mash.
