Minced meat-vegetable soup

Ingredients

1 pack Mummon genuine ready-to-cook boiling potatoes
300 g minced meat
1 onion
oil or margarine
1 l water
1 vegetable or meat stock cube
1 pack frozen root vegetable strips
thyme, ground pepper, herb seasoning, a little soy sauce and chopped parsley.

Preparation

Brown the minced meat and the chopped onion in a frying pan or pot. Add the water and the vegetable/beef stock cube and bring to a boil.

Add the root vegetable strips and simmer for a short while.

Add Mummon’s authentic ready-in-a-moment boiling potatoes, season and simmer until cooked for a short while.

Garnish with chopped parsley.
