Oriental chicken soup

Ingredients

200 g Mummon Authentic Ready-to-Use Boiled Potatoes
150 g chicken
½ red bell pepper
½ yellow bell pepper
½ orange bell pepper
½ small zucchini
1 onion
4 dl coconut milk
2 dl cream
1 tbsp curry
½ fresh chili
2 tbsp oil
salt
fresh coriander to taste

Preparation

Cube the chicken and sauté in oil with curry and chili. Add the diced vegetables and continue frying for a few minutes. Add the coconut milk and cream.

Bring to a boil and simmer approx. 5 min. Season with salt and coriander.
