Pizzas

Ingredients

1 bag Mummon potato flatbread flakes
5 dl water
4 dl wheat or gluten-free flour
1 tsp salt

Filling suggestion 1
crushed tomatoes
Mummon potato-onion mix
red onion
parmesan shavings
black pepper
chili

Filling suggestion 2
crushed tomatoes
ham
pepperoni
blue cheese

Preparation instructions

Mix the potato flatbread flakes and salt into the water. Let the flakes soak.
Add the flour. Shape the dough into a log and divide into portions. Place the pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and pat into pizzas. Fill the pizzas with toppings of your choice and bake at 250 degrees for 10 minutes.
