Pleasure-Mash

Ingredients:

1 bag Mummon Delight potato flakes
2 dl milk
2 dl water
salt
1 tbsp margarine
1 dl cold water

Preparation

Bring the milk and 2 dl of water to a boil. Add the margarine and salt.
Remove the pot from the heat and add cold water.
Stir the flakes into the liquid and let rest under the lid.
When the liquid is absorbed, stir the mash until smooth.
