Potato-beetroot-goat cheese casserole

Delicious casserole for autumn and winter celebrations

Ingredients

2 x Mummon Pan Potatoes 500 g
0,6 kg beetroot cubes, canned
1 large onion
0,2 kg goat cheese
0,5 l cream or cooking cream
Herb seasoning
Salt
Black pepper

Preparation

Rinse and drain the beetroot cubes.
Mix all the ingredients together in a baking dish, add the seasonings.
Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 50 minutes.
