Potato-Cauliflower Puree Soup

Ingredients

1 pkg Mummon Genuine Ready-to-use Boiled Potatoes
2 tbsp oil
250 g frozen cauliflower
7 dl water
1 vegetable stock cube
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp crushed green pepper
125 g plain cream cheese

Preparation

Sauté the potatoes and cauliflower in a pan with oil for a few minutes. Add water, vegetable stock cube and seasonings. Cook for about 5 minutes.

Puree with an immersion blender. Add cream cheese and mix until smooth.
