Potato-duchess

Ingredients

3 1/2 dl water
1 dl cream
3 1 /2 dl Mummon Delight Potato Flakes
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp liquid margarine
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Preparation

Bring the water to a boil. Remove the pot from the heat and add the cream. Add the potato flakes, the egg yolk, salt, margarine and a little nutmeg. Mix into a smooth dough.

Pipe the mixture onto an ovenproof dish or onto baking paper on a baking sheet.

Gratin in a 250°C oven for about 10 minutes.

Serve for example with Mummon rainbow trout patties.
