Potato-salmon salad

Ingredients

1 pkg Mummon Genuine Ready-to-use Boiled Potatoes
water
1 tsp salt
1 small red onion
1 dl chopped dill
1/2 head iceberg lettuce
150 g cold-smoked salmon

Sauce
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 crushed garlic clove
a pinch of black pepper
a pinch of salt

Preparation

Bring the water to a boil in a pot. Add the salt and the frozen potatoes for boiling. Boil for about 3 minutes. Pour the water out of the pot.

Mix the sauce ingredients together. Pour the sauce into the pot over the potatoes. Let marinate for about an hour in a cool place.

Slice the red onion and finely chop the dill. Arrange the ingredients on a salad platter so that the potatoes, salmon and onion rings are placed on top of the salad leaves and finally the dill.
