Pureed vegetable soup

Ingredients

Mummon pre-cooked potato cubes 400 g
Baby carrots 200 g
1/3 of a package of Koskenlaskija cheese
0.6 liters of water
Vegetable stock cube
Salt
Black pepper

Preparation

Boil the potato cubes and carrots until soft. Add water and a vegetable stock cube.
Puree, season and add Koskenlaskija cheese.
