Rieska rolls with filling

Ingredients

5 dl water
1 pkg Mummon Genuine Delight Potato Flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 3/4 dl barley flour

Fillings

Sausage filling
100 g chive-cream cheese
2-3 tbsp mustard
10 sausages

Vegetable filling
100 g garlic-cream cheese
piece of cucumber in slices
leaf lettuce
bell pepper in strips

Feta filling
1oo g pesto-cream cheese
1 dl g feta cheese crumbles
piece of fresh cucumber in strips
olives halved

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Bring the water to a boil in a pot. Stir in the potato flakes and salt. Let cool to lukewarm.

Add the eggs and flour and mix until smooth. Divide the dough into ten portions and, using floured hands, pat into low round flatbreads on the baking paper (radius about 12 cm).

Prick the flatbreads with a fork and bake on the middle rack of the oven for about 10-12 minutes.

Stack the flatbreads on top of each other and cover with a cloth for about 10 minutes.

Fill the softened flatbreads with your desired filling. Roll the flatbreads up.
