Soft rolls

Ingredients

4 dl water
1 packet Mummon Mielihyvä potato flakes
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 dl oil
1/2 dl rye bran
11 g dry yeast
5 dl wheat flour

Preparation

Mix the potato flakes, sugar, salt, oil, rye bran and part of the flour mixed with dry yeast into warm water (about 42 degrees).

Add the remaining flour and knead the dough until smooth. Let rise in a warm place covered with a cloth for about 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into two parts and roll them into logs. Cut the logs into 12 pieces and place the dough pieces on a baking tray on top of baking paper. Let rise and bake in the middle of the oven at 225 degrees for about 10- 15 minutes.
