True treat-lover’s “Dirty fries”

Ingredients:

450 g Mummon French fries
100 g bacon cubes or ham strips
½ bell pepper diced
1-2 spring onion stalks
150 g grated cheese
150 g sour cream
1 tsp Cajun seasoning

Preparation:

Chop the onion, dice the pepper and mix them together with the bacon/ham and grated cheese. Season with Cajun seasoning. Place the mixture on a baking sheet in the middle of the fries and spoon sour cream on top. Bake as usual at 220 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Tip! You can also make a vegetarian version of dirty fries by choosing Härkis, for example, instead of bacon for the filling.
