Yellow chicken soup

Ingredients

2 pss Mummon Genuine Ready-to-Cook Potatoes
200 g Chicken strips
1 pss Soup vegetables
1 kpl Chicken stock cube
2 tl Salt
2 dl Cooking cream
1 l Water
Chives
Curry

Preparation

Brown the chicken strips in oil in a pan. Add curry to the pan and continue browning.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Pour the chicken strips from the pan into the pot.

Add the soup vegetables and the chicken stock cube. Add the boiling potatoes and the cream. Chop the chives and add them to the pot.

Let simmer gently for 10 minutes and check the salt level.
