American pancakes

Delicious gluten-free American pancakes are well suited for e.g. birthday parties!

The recipe makes about 10 pancakes (depending on the size of the pan).

Ingredients:

0.5 dl Mummon Delight potato flakes
1.5 dl gluten-free flour
2.5 dl milk / water
2 tbsp oil
1 egg
1 tbsp baking powder
a pinch of salt
oil for frying

For serving, e.g. fresh berries, mascarpone whipped cream, fruits, candies, maple syrup or Nutella.

Preparation:

Mix the liquid, oil and egg together. Combine the dry ingredients and add to the liquid mixture. Mix well.

Heat, e.g., a blini pan and fry the pancakes in oil.

Serve with preferred accompaniments.
