Avocado fries

Ingredients:

450 g Mummon crinkle-cut French fries
2 ripe avocados
1-2 garlic cloves
juice of 1 lime
a drizzle of olive oil
black pepper
50 g grated Parmesan

Preparation:

Cut two avocados into pieces. Finely chop the garlic clove and mix it into the oil and the juice squeezed from the lime. Add a few turns of black pepper from a pepper mill. Pour the marinade over the avocado pieces and let it marinate for a moment.

Bake the potatoes according to the instructions for about 15–20 minutes at 220 °C. Add the avocados and grated Parmesan only about five minutes before the end of the baking time.
