Carrot pancakes

Ingredients:

(approx. 14 pcs)

50 g (3/4 dl) Mummon mashed potato powder
2 carrots thinly grated (200 g)
200 g sour cream
1 egg
1 small onion, chopped
50 g Emmental cheese, grated
1 tsp tarragon or 1 tbsp parsley
a pinch of black pepper
a little salt

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together.
Fry in butter on a crepe pan over low heat for about 3.5 minutes per side.
