Mummon Meatballs

Ingredients:

3/4 dl Mummon seasoned instant mashed potato powder (or Mummon gluten-free breadcrumbs)
200 g sour cream-style cultured milk or water (dairy-free)
½ tsp salt (if you use breadcrumbs add about 1 tsp salt and other spices to taste)
1 egg
400 g minced meat

Preparation:

Mix the instant mashed potato powder into the liquid and let it absorb for a moment. Add the egg, minced meat and spices and mix until smooth. Shape the dough into meatballs with moistened hands and bake in the oven on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper at 225 degrees for about 30 minutes or fry in fat in a pan.
