Mummon quick donuts

70 g Mummon Delight potato flakes
1 dl potato starch
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla sugar
2 tbsp sugar
1 tub (250g) quark
2 dl cream
2 eggs

oil for cooking

Mix the dry ingredients together. Mix the cream, eggs and quark together. Combine both mixtures and the dough is ready.

Let the dough settle for a few minutes. Heat the frying oil to about 170 degrees.
Dip a spoon in the oil and use it to shape balls of dough of the size you want. Drop the balls of dough carefully into the hot oil. Fry for about two minutes. Move the balls of dough in the oil so that they cook evenly and get color all over. Continue frying for two minutes.

Lift the finished doughnuts with a slotted spoon to drain onto kitchen paper. Coat with sugar and enjoy!

(They are best fresh, do not freeze.)
