Mummon Salmon Burger

Ingredients:

Smoked salmon pancakes (approx. 14 pcs small or 7-8 pcs larger)

50 g (3/4 dl) Mummon mashed potato powder
200 ml boiling water
300 smoked salmon, chopped
1 egg
1 tbsp fresh dill
1 tsp lemon juice

 

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients together and fry in butter over low heat for about 3.5 min per side.

Assemble a burger to your liking, for example between Oululainen Reissumies oat breads. (in the picture)
The meal is crowned by Mummon stick potatoes.
