Light yogurt sauce

Ingredients

Ingredients (4 servings)

2-3 dl plain yogurt
2 garlic cloves
1.5 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper mix
½ dl chopped fresh parsley
½ dl chopped chives

Preparation

Finely chop the garlic cloves. Finely chop the parsley and chives. Mix all the chopped ingredients and spices into the yogurt.

Let the sauce sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving. The sauce pairs excellently with potatoes or vegetables, root vegetables and meat.
