Puikula mash and sautéed reindeer

Ingredients:

2-3 servings

1 pack Mummon puikula mashed potatoes

about 300 g sautéed meat
1 onion
a knob of butter
1/2 tsp salt

Preparation:

Sauté the diced onion in a pan with butter. Add the slightly frozen sauté meat and brown evenly.
Add salt and about 1 dl of water.
Simmer for a few minutes (or according to the meat package instructions).

Prepare Mummon Puikulamuusi according to the package instructions.

Assemble the dish and enjoy with lingonberry compote!

Note! You can also use fish or meatballs instead of reindeer, according to your taste!
