Rieska wraps with ham filling

Ingredients

Flatbreads

70 g (1 bag) Mummon rieska flakes
4dl wheat flour or gluten-free flour
5 dl water
1 tsp salt

Delicious ham filling
200 g sauna-smoked ham
200 g garlic cream cheese (or unflavored)
1 tub sour cream
1 dl yellow or red pepper
a pinch of salt and black pepper

 

Preparation instructions

Flatbreads
Mix the dough quickly. Pat the dough with floured hands onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper into small flatbreads. The batch makes 8-9 fairly small flatbreads. Bake immediately at 250 degrees for about 10min.

Ham filling
Finely chop the ham and bell pepper into small cubes. Mix all the ingredients together and fill the flatbreads.
Serve the rolls with a fresh green salad. You can add the salad inside the rolls.
