Preparing in an oven: Preheat oven to 220 degrees. Spread the frozen potato wedges out on a baking tray an a thin layer. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Flip the potato wedges over when needed. Add some salt and serve immediately.
Preparing in a deep-fryer: Fry in 175 degrees small portions for about 2-3 minutes. Add some salt and serve immediately.
